Family Portrait Rates

Location Portrait Package -- $500

·     Shot on location at or nearby your home

·      Families of up to 4 people*

·      2 Looks or Wardrobe Changes

·      Approx. 2 hours of shooting

·      Online gallery with edited images**

Studio Portrait Package -- $750

·     Shot in our spacious, daylight studio in Downtown LA

·      Families of up to 4 people*

·      2 Looks or Wardrobe Changes

·      Includes individual portraits as well as a variety of group shots

·      Approx. 2 hours of shooting

·      Online gallery with edited images**

*Additional people may be added at a rate of $75/person

For large groups or extended families, please contact me and I can design a custom package to meet your needs.

** I shoot digitally and will upload all high-res JPG files to a password-protected online gallery where you will be able to download your select images.  Stephanie Mathis Photography maintains copyright to all photos, but you have permission for personal use, including posting to your website and making reproductions to share with family and friends.

Hair and makeup/light grooming is highly recommended and available for both men and women and can be added to any package for an additional charge. Group rates are also available.

Women -- $300+

Men -- $200

Deposits & Payment:

A 20% deposit is required to book your shoot and save your spot on my calendar.

Upon booking your session, you will receive a Paypal invoice requesting the deposit amount.  This amount will be applied toward the cost of your session.

The balance of your session will be due on the shoot date.  I accept check, cash, or all major credit cards.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

The deposit is to protect me from flakes, last-minute cancellations, and no-shows.  If you feel you might be tempted to bail last minute, I highly recommend you reconsider because the deposit is non-refundable (barring anything short of Armageddon).

Rescheduling, on the other hand, I’m pretty laid back about.  I understand that life happens and sometimes things come up with limited notice.  Please just give me an adequate heads up and we can find another time to shoot.

Retouching:

Additional in-house retouching is available for $45 an image.  This includes removing stray hairs, blemishes, undereye circles, etc. I will also brighten eyes and whiten teeth, if necessary. Retouching is highly recommended to provide you with the absolute best results possible. For more advanced retouching, please contact me for a specific quote.
