Actor Headshot Packages

Studio Headshot Package -- $600

·     Shot in our spacious, daylight studio in Downtown LA

·     Natural light

·      3 Looks*

·      Approx. 2-3 hours of shooting

·      Online gallery with edited images**

·      Includes light retouching, color correction, and file conversions of 3 selected images

Print Model/Comp Card Package -- $800

·      Studio Shoot OR Location Shoot

·      Combination of Studio Lighting and Natural Light

·      4 Looks*

·      Approx. 3-4 hours of shooting

·      Online gallery with edited images**

·      Includes light retouching, color correction, and file conversions of 4 selected images

* 1 Look is equal to 1 wardrobe change; Additional looks can be added to each package for $75/each.

** I shoot digital and will upload all high-res JPG files to a password-protected online gallery where you will be able to download your select images.  Stephanie Mathis Photography maintains copyright to all photos, but you have permission to use them for self-promotion, including posting to your website and making reproductions.

Hair & Makeup:

Hair and makeup is highly recommended for both men and women. Sometimes your day-to-day hair & makeup routine that looks great in the mirror may not translate to the images in the camera quite the same way.  Let an experienced industry expert help you to look flawless and and camera-ready before your shoot.  They’ll also stick around during your session to wrangle fly-aways and shiny foreheads as needed!

Women -- $200+

Men -- $100

Deposits & Payment:

A 20% deposit is required to book your shoot.

Upon booking your session, you will receive a Paypal invoice requesting the deposit amount.  This amount will be applied toward the cost of your session.

The balance of your session will be due on the shoot date.  I accept check, cash, or all major credit cards.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

The deposit is to protect me from flakes, last-minute cancellations, and no-shows.  If you feel you might be tempted to bail last minute, I highly recommend you reconsider because the deposit is non-refundable (barring anything short of Armageddon).

Rescheduling, on the other hand, I’m pretty laid back about.  I understand that life happens and sometimes things come up with limited notice.  Please just give me an adequate heads up and we can find another time to shoot.

Retouching:

Additional in-house retouching is available for $40 an image.  This includes removing stray hairs, blemishes, undereye circles, etc. I will also brighten eyes and whiten teeth, if necessary. Retouching is highly recommended to provide you with the absolute best results possible. For more advanced retouching, please contact me for a specific quote.
